Her experience includes helping individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, mood disorders, trauma, betrayal trauma, self-harm, and attachment. She also has experience working with neurodiverse populations, implementing ABA therapy to support clients in achieving their goals.
Brenda believes everyone deserves to have a safe place to share their story and feel seen and heard. She finds joy in accompanying her clients on their journey of self-discovery and healing by utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and emotionally-focused therapy (EFT). With her work rooted in mindfulness, self-compassion, connection, and empowerment, Brenda guides her clients to explore, identify, liberate, reclaim, build, heal, and move towards a fulfilling life.
In her free time, Brenda enjoys painting, photography, mountain biking, canyoneering, camping, and hiking with her dog.
