Rachel (she/her) is currently studying clinical mental health counseling. She is passionate about giving her clients a safe environment to embrace and discover their individuality, while also giving them tools to create change in their own lives. She aims to incorporate creativity and collaboration with her clients as they navigate life transitions and identity exploration. She is committed to offering respectful and inclusive care for clients of all identities and experiences.
Rachel previously received a Masters Degree in Movement Sciences, specializing in recreational leadership. Her experience includes leading backpacking trips, ropes courses, and equine therapy with teens and adults. These have affirmed her joy for guiding others to greater awareness through movement. She values the roles that movement and nature play in our emotional and physical healing.
When not in session, she enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, movie marathons, and visiting our state’s national parks.
