Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, with expected graduation in December 2025. With a background in social work and education, Tina has extensive experience supporting families, children, and caregivers, as well as fostering emotional and social development.
As a therapist, Tina integrates person-centered and existential therapy approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. She utilizes tools such as mindfulness and somatic practices, art therapy, and other creative modalities to foster growth and healing. Drawing on years of experience as a social worker and educator, Tina is skilled in creating a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment for clients.
Tina is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate challenges, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful connections through compassionate and holistic care.
In her free time, you find her cheering for her children at soccer games and theater performances and enjoying nature through hikes, collecting rocks (specifically heart-shaped ones), or painting watercolors near any body of water, especially the ocean.
