Rachel Regan, CSW

Rachel is a Certified Social Worker and has been doing therapy since 2021. She has experience working with substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and OCD. She works with children and adults with a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. Rachel feels passionately about creating an environment where clients can feel safe and heard, as well as empowered to find and make the decisions that they feel are best for them. She recognizes that therapy is a vulnerable place and strives to honor that vulnerability in her approach.

Rachel is a new mom living in Salt Lake County with her husband and son. She enjoys lifting weights, doing puzzles, and daydreaming about or planning trips to neat places.
