Leslie Behunin, CSW

As a therapist Leslie uses empathy to help relate to her clients in their difficulties and meets them wherever they may be at. She is passionate about helping people to navigate through past trauma, anxiety, depression, and learning how to manage impulses. She has experience with teenagers, adults, and children through her work doing inpatient residential treatment therapy as well as outpatient therapy services.

Leslie is passionate about being the kind of support and encouragement that people need when they feel like they are on their own and don’t know how to handle or cope with whatever it is they are experiencing. Leslie utilizes a strengths-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and talk therapy to help support her clients as they work through their difficulties and concerns.
