Our Practice’s Policies
Our rates, payment options, and cancellation policy.
We offer discounted self pay rates. Choosing self pay allows maximum flexibility for taking control of your care. No mental health diagnosis is required for self pay, and session lengths and frequency are not mandated as they are by insurance.
**For clients using one of the insurances below, we accept the contracted rate for that insurance.
We are usually considered “In Network” with the following insurances (please verify with your specific policy or contact our office for assistance):
We also work with other payment options including:
As of August 1st, 2022, we will no longer accept CVR, or new EAP authorizations.
We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our clinicians offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel within 24-hours or no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen.
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with your provider with at least 24-hour notice. For Monday appointments, call by 4:00 the Friday before your appointment. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a fee of $75. Insurance does not cover no shows and late cancellations, so this is the client’s responsibility to pay. We will charge the credit card on file for no shows and cancellations within 24-hours of the scheduled session.
