(she/her/hers)
Works with: children, teens, adults
Appointments: in-person and telehealth

Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health. As a practicing ACMHC, Tina brings a rich professional history in social work and education to her clinical practice, offering extensive experience in supporting families, children, and caregivers through complex emotional and social transitions.

Tina’s practice is deeply rooted in person-centered and existential therapy, ensuring that every treatment plan is as unique as the individual seeking support. She believes in a holistic path to healing and skillfully integrates a variety of evidence-based and creative modalities, including:

Mindfulness & Somatic Practices to bridge the connection between mind and body.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) & CBT Models for cognitive and emotional clarity.

Art & Play Therapy & Creative Modalities to facilitate expression and growth.

Drawing on her years of experience as a social worker and educator, Tina is skilled at creating a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges, build lasting resilience, and cultivate meaningful connections through compassionate, holistic care.

When she isn’t in the therapy room, Tina is likely cheering for her children at soccer games and theater performances. She finds her own “cup filling” moments in nature—whether she is hiking, searching for heart-shaped rocks to add to her collection, or painting watercolors near the ocean or any peaceful body of water.
