Connor Bolles, Intern Provider

Connor has more than six years of professional experience working with individuals navigating various forms of addiction, including drugs, alcohol, and behavioral addictions. He also brings more than 15 years of lived experience in this area, along with more than seven years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Connor is incredibly passionate about helping people reach their full potential and create lives filled with meaning, joy, and fulfillment. He approaches this work with genuine passion, enthusiasm, compassion, and empathy. Connor believes that reaching our potential often requires identifying and working through the barriers that stand in our way. These can include trauma, addiction, limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, discouragement, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Sometimes, the most difficult barriers to overcome are the ones we cannot see ourselves.

Connor is currently completing his Master’s degree in Social Work at Utah Valley University. He utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered Therapy.
