Grace is a second-year Master of Social Work intern at Utah Valley University. She previously received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Grace believes in meeting individuals where they are at, assisting them in finding their definition of peace and fulfillment. Her approach is warm, grounded, and refreshingly practical.

With a deep respect for each person’s unique and multifaceted story, Grace uses a strengths-based approach while prioritizing each individual’s values and goals. She has worked closely with children and teens on the Autism Spectrum and recognizes the importance of a neurodivergent-affirming perspective.

Grace works with children, teens, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Care, and incorporates aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Grace enjoys working with a variety of individuals and has a sustained passion for the neurodivergent community of all ages. Grace also finds alignment working with individuals experiencing chronic pain and/or illness, burnout, and trauma.

Outside the therapy room, Grace enjoys traveling, singing, cooking, and spending quiet time in nature. She also loves spending time at home with her cat, Doja, and boyfriend, Preston.
