Nancy Wilson,
MSW-I Therapist Intern

Therapist: children, teens, adults
Appointments: in-person and telehealth
Location: Riverton

Nancy Wilson grew up in San Diego, CA and graduated with a BA in English from Brigham Young University. After raising her family, Nancy returned to campus and is in her final year in the Master of Social Work program at BYU.

Nancy enjoys working with children, teens and adults, and she takes a strengths based approach to support clients in overcoming a variety of challenges.  She strives to create an environment where clients can feel safe and heard, as well as empowered to find and make the decisions that will help them build the lives they want to live.  Along those lines, Nancy believes in the importance of human connection and in helping strengthen healthy relationships–both with yourself and with others. She believes healthy relationships are worth fighting for.

In her personal life, Nancy finds joy being by, in and on the water, hiking with friends, and biking on bike paths with the wind in her hair.  She loves her daily NYT word games and playing Ticket to Ride on Sunday afternoons with anyone in her family who’s willing.
